• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once items leave our facility at 7 South University Avenue, Fayetteville, US 72701:

• You become responsible for the package
• Any customs/duties are your responsibility
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if items are:

• Unused, unworn, with original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or intimate apparel unless faulty.
