Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece of your adventure-ready wardrobe. If something isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or any intimate apparel unless the items are faulty.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend:
