Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or any intimate apparel unless the items are faulty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your return using the provided instructions (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend:

- Keeping your proof of postage
- Insuring your package (we’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
